Rebel One is exactly what her name says. She was painted the way all my ladies are — black India ink, Japanese brushes, 22" x 30" archival paper, one stroke at a time — but she refused to behave. The brush wanted to go one way and she pulled it another. When I stepped back, I understood: she wasn't painted, she escaped. There's only one of her, and there will never be another.
She's the first piece I've ever given away like this. Not sold, not auctioned, not drawn for a price — given. Ten years of work went into being able to make her in a few minutes, and once in a while the right way to honor that is to let one go for nothing.
Entering is free and takes one tap. One winner is picked at random when the countdown ends — and Rebel One ships from my studio to their door, signed, with a certificate of authenticity registered in their name. She becomes the first piece in someone's collection, or the wildest one in it.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Free to enter; entering creates a free Sabet account and, except where the law requires your separate opt-in (there you choose with a tick box), subscribes you to the studio’s emails, which you can stop at any time. One free entry per person, one account per person — duplicates and automated accounts are removed, along with any entries they earned. Extra entries: one for each bid placed on the nightly wall while the giveaway is open, up to 25 in any 24 hours (a bid needs a saved card and is a binding offer to buy; you never need to bid to enter or win), and, free, through Amplify, your personal share link: one entry when a friend opens it (up to 5), three when a friend joins Sabet through it and two more when that friend enters (up to 8 friends), five when that friend places a first bid (up to 3 friends), 30 extra entries at most. Referrals that fail our integrity checks are removed. Invitations sent from this page go out once, from Sabet Brands, Inc. on your behalf, to addresses you provide; each one carries a link that stops any further invitation to that address.

One winner is selected at random, weighted by entries, after entries close, from entrants with a shipping address on their account; notified by email and announced on this page. If the selected entrant turns out not to be eligible, has an address the studio cannot ship to, or does not confirm their shipping address within 14 days of being notified, another winner is drawn the same way. Odds depend on the number of entries.
