# Official Rules **Little | Ink + Flow by Sabet Giveaway** **NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.** ## 1. Sponsor Sabet Brands, Inc., 3972 Barranca Pkwy Suite J128, Irvine, CA 92606. ## 2. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sabet Brands, Inc., and members of their immediate families and households, may not win. ## 3. Entry period Entries open October 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and close October 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT. Entries received after the closing time are not eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. ## 4. How to enter, free Create a free Sabet account and press Enter on the giveaway page. One entry per person, one account per person. No purchase, no payment, and no bid of any kind is required, and none will improve your chances. ## 5. Free bonus entries (Amplify) Every entrant may share a personal link and earn additional free entries: - **1 entry** each time a new visitor opens your link, up to 5; - **3 entries** when a friend creates a Sabet account through it, up to 8 friends; - **2 entries** when that friend enters the giveaway, up to 8 friends. A maximum of **30 bonus entries** may be earned, so the most any person can hold is **31 entries**. Bonus entries are awarded only when the friend's action passes the Sponsor's integrity checks. Bonus entries are not awarded for posting on any particular platform, and this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, X or any other platform. ## 6. Prize Little | Ink + Flow | Icons 2026 Sabet 22" x 30" Original Ink on Archival Paper. Approximate retail value: **$5,000**. Value basis: Sabet studio list price for a 22" x 30" Ink + Flow Icons original on archival paper: $5,000.. One prize. It is not transferable and no substitution is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. ## 7. Odds Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry, including each bonus entry, is one chance. ## 8. Drawing The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on October 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The drawing does not take place before the entry period closes. ## 9. Winner notification and verification The winner is notified by email at the address on their account. Before the prize is transferred or shipped the winner must return a signed **Eligibility Affidavit and Release** within **7 days**, and complete an IRS **Form W-9**. Failure to respond within 7 days, or to meet any eligibility requirement, forfeits the prize and another winner may be drawn. ## 10. Taxes The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Where the approximate retail value is $2,000 or more, the Sponsor is required to report the prize to the IRS on **Form 1099-MISC**, which is why a W-9 is required. ## 11. Publicity Except where prohibited, accepting the prize permits the Sponsor to publish the winner's **first name, last initial, and city and state** in connection with the giveaway, without further compensation. The Sponsor does not publish a winner's full name unless the winner asks it to. ## 12. Release By entering, entrants release Sabet Brands, Inc. from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize. ## 13. Winner's list For the name of the winner, write to Sabet Brands, Inc. at 3972 Barranca Pkwy Suite J128, Irvine, CA 92606 within 90 days of the drawing. ## 14.
